Our Gossping Policy has been prepared for Day Nurseries, Pre-schools and Out of School Clubs. It aims to address the tricky balance that must be achieved between colleagues enjoying communicating with eachother in the workplace and the real risks presented by gossiping about colleagues, parents/carers and families that we work with.
