Product Description

The introduction of the Workplace Prevention (Amendment to Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 on 26th October 2024 has brought employers the responsibility to ensure that they take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. If an employer can’t show that it has taken reasonable steps to prevent harassment it will face an uplift in compensation and/or investigation by the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Sexual harassment is an issue for all employers regardless of their sector or size. Creating psychology safe workplaces is essential for employee motivation, productivity, retention. Without this you are destined to fail. Our Preventing Sexual Harassment Toolkit is a companion product for our Preventing Sexual Harassment Webinar. In the toolkit you get:
  • Preventing Sexual Harassment risk assessment (the EHRC guidance makes it clear that without a risk assessment an employer is unlikely to be able to show they have prevented sexual harassment)
  • A4 Poster you can print and display that shows you have a zero tolerance towards harassment. We have two versions for you, one of which is specifically for Childcare employers.
  • Harassment Flow Diagram
  • Harassment & Bullying Policy (MS Word) document.
  • Sexual Harassment Code of Conduct (MS Word) which you can ask staff to sign.
