This is a template written statement of terms and conditions for a New Term Time Only (TTO) Manager to join your Day Nursery, Pre-school, Out of School Club or Childminding setting. Since April 2020 all new workers (that’s employees,temps/casuals) need to be issued their Written Statement of Terms and Conditions. Regardless of how long they are stopping (there is no dispensation for employments expecting to last 4 weeks or less anymore!). That means employers need to be ready to issue the Written Statement of Terms and Conditions from the recruitment stage. We’ve added new clauses to comply with new requirements that include contracted hours, paid leave, mandatory training etc. We’ve also updated it to reflect that term time only staff are classified as part year workers since April 2024.
