New Manager Written Statement of Terms and Conditions Early Years

This is a template written statement of terms and conditions for a new Manager to join your Day Nursery, Pre-school, Out of School Club or Childminding setting updated in October 26. With effect from April 2020 all new workers (that’s employees,temps/casuals) need to be issued their Written Statement of Terms and Conditions. Regardless of how long they are stopping (no dispensation for employments expecting to last 4 weeks or less anymore!). This written statement includes a restrictive covenant.
