What do you do when a member of your staff keeps checking their mobile phone?
This is not an uncommon problem in nurseries but there is no justification for someone to be walking around the room with their mobile phone, you should have a mobile phone policy in place which explains this to your employees and the reasons why the rooms are mobile phone free zones.
