Podcast on how to undertake an absence review meeting with staff who are on long term sick

This is a question that we received from one of our customers, and it is a very interesting question.  What do you do when your employee won’t sign the Contract of Employment?

This can often happen if your employee has started with you before seeing your terms and conditions of employment.  Can they be force to sign?

Here is our podcast on how to manage this situation should it arise within your Early Years setting.  Enjoy!
