Podcast on how to undertake an absence review meeting with staff who are on long term sick

Unreasonable behaviour should be able to be tackled within Early Years settings.  It is important to remember that there are different levels of unreasonable behaviours, you may have to ask yourself whether you are being sensitive or whether someone else would also consider the behaviour shown to be unreasonable.  If the behaviour is considered unreasonable then it could be the staff member is failing to follow reasonable management instruction.

Here is our podcast on how to deal with unreasonable behaviour within your Early Years setting.  Enjoy!
